Spooky season is officially upon us and today I want to share my complete Halloween piano collection with you. This blog is your one stop shop for all things Halloween! 
I’m sure you fellow teachers feel the same, but once October rolls around, time starts flying. I swear I blink and the new year is here! 
The holiday season gives us SO many opportunities to create engaging activities, and if there is anything I’ve learned over my teaching years: Kids looove seasonal activities.
Not only are themed activities fun and engaging for kiddos, but all of my Halloween games, Boom Cards, sheet music, and books are low prep and cost!! So they’ll love the fun themes and you’ll love the easy setup and implementation! Yes, please!

Introducing the first spooky piece: Teagan’s Duet! It’s sure to be a hit in your studio, considering it sounds super Halloween-ey!!! You’ll be able to teach your students that piece in five minutes, it’s THAT easy! It uses a similar process as my Cascade Method Pop Song Method, so no real notes are involved.

Add this Halloween-Themed Rhythm Potions game for some extra fun in your studio! There’s a rhythm dice included, that you can cut up, and tape/glue together. However, I would personally buy a dollar store dice that has whiteboard circles on it, where you could manually draw out the rhythm you want to reinforce.
I also added a rhythm wheel or some little cards you can print double sided. It truly depends on the amount of time you have to laminate and cut! But at least you have options!
This board can also serve to reinforce other concepts other than rhythm. If you have young beginners learning their finger numbers, you can use these “Piano Hand Cards” and move forward on the board according to the finger number the kids pull.
Use your imagination to get multiple uses out of this board!

These candy corn themed decks of 18 cards is a great way to teach beginner students treble clef or bass key signatures! These decks will teach students keys with up to 5 sharps and their relative minor.
